The changes excluded from a release note still count against its limit and can trigger the truncation warning

Fixed in https://github.com/xwiki-contrib/application-releasenotes/pull/72: the exclusions are handed to the change search, which leaves them out before the page is cut (new exclusions parameter of getChanges).
