Moving an attachment deletes the attachment without creating the new one

When moving an attachment and changing its name, the attachment is deleted instead of being renamed and moved to the new location.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create or open a page containing an attachment.
2. Open the attachment tab and select Move.
3. Specify a new attachment name in the New Attachment Name field.
4. Click on Submit.
5. Once the Attachment Move Status page is displayed, check the New Attachment Location and click on the new attachment name.

Expected result:

• when clicking on the attachment name inside "New Attachment Location", you should be redirected to the attachment that has the new name you just changed.
• when navigating to the page containing the attachment, you can see in the attachment tab the attachment renamed.

Actual result:

• when clicking on the attachment name inside "New Attachment Location", you are redirected to a page that says "Error: The attachment does not exist."
• when navigating to the page containing the attachment, the attachment renamed can't be found at all in the Attachment tab (nor with the previous name, neither with the new name).

If you navigate as an administrator to Page Index > Deleted Attachments, you can see the original attachment deleted.

It appears that the move operation deletes the original attachment without creating the new attachment with the specified name.
