How to reproduce:
* create an AppWithinMinutes called AppA
* add some fields
* finish the wizard without making any changes to defaults
* click rename / move for the homepage of the application
* the AWM rename dialog kicks in and asks for the new app name
* fill in AppB
* rename
* wait for rename to finish successfully
Expected result:
* all occurences of AppA have now become AppB
Actual result:
* although the references are correctly renamed to AppB, there are still a couple of places where the AppA text remains displayed, including:
** title of the AWM homepage
** title of the application class & template provider pages in the code space
** name of the template of the application page in the create screen
