| Since XAWORKFLOW-57 the checkbox "include children" is available and is checked by default. In some cases this might not be wanted, and user who do not look into the "advanced" options might unintentionally initiate a workflow with children included, while they did not want to. The default value for the option should be configurable depending on the typical use cases at hand. If the value is configured "per workflow", which looks like the "obvious solution" to me, this will have the problem that the default value depends in the selected workflow, and cannot be determined before hand if several workflows are available. (However I only know about users who have only one workflow, or at least use the same workflow per draft space, and this usually should be able to determine the "default" value.) |
