Michael Schröder can you check if ingress solution that you are using is defining this header policy ?  

The nginx.ingress.kubernetes.io/session-cookie-name is "XNGINX" and nginx.ingress.kubernetes.io/session-cookie-samesite is not set. I don't see a relation to the "JSESSIONID" cookie.
