"generated by an LLM routine or skill run" read as covering every assisted PR. * xwiki-fix-sonarqube-issue: add the label only as the scheduled routine, and find the open fix PRs by title (SonarQube or SonarCloud) instead of by label, so that interactive fix PRs are also skipped. The title convention now asks for the word "SonarQube".
