Prints stats with the delta and 30-day trend kept in the work root's daily-close/ directory. Its only write is marking a forum post as the solution. * xwiki/skills/xwiki-daily-close/SKILL.md: explicit invocation only; runs the script, judges what code cannot (comments asking something, forum conclusions, Fix Versions), drafts forum conclusions, then offers each write one at a time. * README.md and okf/index.md list the skill.
