Where `push.default=matching` is set a refspec-less push acts on every local branch that also exists on the remote, so forcing rewinds them, and the lease does not stop it (it only checks the remote-tracking ref is current, which after a fetch it is). * Bump the plugin version to 1.1.4 across all host manifests.
