Author: Vincent Massol <[email protected]> Date: 2026-09-09 (Wed, 09 Sep 2026) Changed paths: M xwiki/okf/index.md M xwiki/okf/servers/jira.md M xwiki/skills/xwiki-jira/SKILL.md Log Message: ----------- [Misc] Record when a JIRA issue should not be filed at all * Add a "Whether to file an issue at all" section to okf/servers/jira.md: a defect in code the unreleased dev version introduced is fixed under the issue that introduced it, reopened, and the tell for that case is an Affects Version naming a version nobody could have hit the bug in. * Note that a change with no user- or extension-developer-visible effect needs no issue, and takes the "Development Issue Only" component when one is filed anyway. * Add the JIRA rules page to the file's sources, since that is what it derives from. * Make the xwiki-jira skill establish that a new issue is the right answer before drafting one, which is the step that was missing when the rule was broken.
