Discussed in forum thread: https://forum.xwiki.org/t/organizing-our-llm-configs-for-all-our-repos/18551 The 'xwiki-core' plugin ships: - Org-wide conventions injected into every session via a SessionStart hook, scoped by git remote to xwiki/* and xwiki-contrib/* repos (personal repos are untouched). The hook is written in Node so it works on Windows/macOS/Linux. - MCP servers (discourse, sonarqube) via .mcp.json with ${ENV} expansion, so no secrets are committed. - A demo skill (xwiki-build) with the canonical Maven build/test commands. The marketplace manifest lives at the repo root; the plugin lives under llm/xwiki-core/. This is a prototype to give a concrete feel for the approach.
