"generated by an LLM routine or skill run" read as covering every assisted PR. * xwiki-fix-sonarqube-issue: add the label only when running as the scheduled routine, and find the open fix PRs by the "SonarQube" title convention instead of the label, so that interactive fix PRs are also skipped.
