Since pageX/pageY are the client coordinates plus the scroll offset, they are only both 0 when the page isn't scrolled, so on a scrolled page the check missed and the bubble was positioned at (0, scrollY), i.e. in the top left corner of the viewport, where the annotation settings panel covers it. Use event.detail instead, the click count, which is 0 exactly for clicks that no pointer produced, and 1 or more for mouse clicks and for the compatibility click of a touch tap. This also fixes AnnotationsIT#addEditAndDeleteAnnotations, which started failing on Chrome only: the page object now opens the annotation with a programmatic click, which browsers report the same way as a keyboard activation, except that Firefox reports pageY as 0 there while Chrome adds the scroll offset.
