Great work on the bootstrap based-skin. You've achieve to almost make us not realize it is bootstrap :) (I've always thought the main argument in favor of a bootstrap skin is of course not that XWiki looks like all websites on the Internet, ; but it's to make it easier to customize and benefit from a already large theme base - see for example http://bootswatch.com/)
