Many of the regular groups were passed over this year, Perry, as <br> well as some other great projects. There just aren't enough resources <br> to cover everyone. We (the PHP project) were passed over for 2010 as <br> well, unfortunately, but having participated in all previous GSoC <br> years, we're looking forward to the opening of applications for 2011.
