And you don't have any error or warning in the log ? There is no limitation applied on our side so I can't give you any configuration to fix your issue. I'm thinking it could be a memory issue on Tika (http://tika.apache.org/) side that makes it only partially parse the PDF file since they seems to need to load it entirely in memory.
