* Default (in wysiwyg editor for ex) is to generate closed headers (with matching = signs on the right)

4 +1, no 0, no -1 Implementing now. Note that there are 2 changes: 1) white spaces after left = and before right = are ignored 2) text after the right = are considered part of the header.
