[xwiki-devs] No answer on xwiki-users
Hi, I know that is not the mailing list of the users, but I have the same question as this posting: http://lists.xwiki.org/pipermail/users/2014-September/029114.html Only difference is, I'm using version 7.3 of XWiki. Has been this issue answers? Thank you, Olaf (Germany, Augsburg)
Hi Olaf, Not sure why you’re using the devs list :) The devs list is “for XWiki development itself (to be used by Committers and Contributors to the XWiki development).” (see http://dev.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Community/MailingLists). You don’t get more answer because you post on this list and anyway this is not the right list. What you should do instead is reply to the other mail you’ve pointed and say you have the same problem and provide even more details. Thanks -Vincent On 14 Dec 2015 at 11:25:13, [email protected] ([email protected](mailto:[email protected])) wrote:

Hi Vincent, I think it's easier to understand with a screen shot (see the attachment). How ever I save a new version of a documented, I get a new copy in preview, and the changes go never automatically to the target place. After saving a document, the wiki jumps to the preview space (with the new version). On the origin place, is still the firs version. Thanks Olaf On 12/14/2015 11:26 AM, [email protected] wrote:

Hi Olaf, Not sure, but could be related to http://jira.xwiki.org/browse/XWIKI-11923 if your XWiki instance is instaled as ROOT webapp. Hope this helps, Eduard On Mon, Dec 14, 2015 at 1:00 PM, Olaf Radicke <[email protected]> wrote:

Nothing that comes to mind... If you manage to replicate this problem on a fresh instance of XWiki, then please create a bug report on jira.xwiki.org with the exact steps how you got there. If you manage to do this, then it should not be difficult for a committer to fix the issue. Thanks, Eduard On Wed, Dec 16, 2015 at 12:59 PM, Olaf Radicke <[email protected]> wrote:
