Hi, Yes, it's a mailing list i created a long time ago. I made a mistake on the name so I ask to remove it (because i'm not admin of the mailing list), so ObjectWeb remove it on the server but not on the list of mailing list. Maybe Vincent you can do it. jeremi On 12/27/06, Marc Lijour <[email protected]> wrote:

Are you saying that we should remove the xwiki-announce mailing list? I think it's a useful list to have and I think we should keep it. I don't see any spelling mistake either. There's something I don't understand for sure Thanks -Vincent

Why do you want an "s"? Looking around it's more common I think not to have an "s". Also we already have 2 lists out of 4 without a plural so I think it's ok to keep it without the plural. Actually if we could change things I'd vote for removing the s in the user list too. I'd also rename the xwiki-commits in xwiki-notification (or xwiki-notifications) as we should use it for commits + JIRA + build results + xwiki diffs.
do you see some people registered on this list?
There's something wrong with the list. It was probably removed in the past, but not completely.
We can recreate it.
I can try to recreate it but we need to agree on the name first. I'm all for xwiki-announce. Thanks -Vincent

I've tried to recreate it but the interface doesn't allow me as the current xwiki-announce list has not been completely removed. I've sent an email to the ObjectWeb's admin (Xavier) to help us. Thanks -Vincent
