If for Forum Application I have permissions to Release on Jira, I can't say the same thing about the other two and I would need somebody else to release them on Jira. So, if someone's available to help, please let me know.

I can help for JIRA. Ping me on IRC when you need it. Just posted a new proposal for xwiki-contrib BTW and if accepted I’ll set up jira so that all contrib committers can have admin access to jira for all contrib projects. Thanks -Vincent
