Hi, Maybe it would be a better idea to vote/decide on the topic of the XWiki days before they actually happen (either at the end of the previous day, or in the roadmap, or at start of the week, don`t know), so that people can plan for them, or at least not have to switch context so abruptly. IMO, deciding in the same day is a bit counter-productive. Also, it would be nice so we can have them in the calendar (either XWiki`s or our own).
