It does. I've fixed the page (BTW don't hesitate to fix stuff since it's a wiki and you can edit the pages ;)).
You will find ApplicationResources_es.properties there. I don't know at what extent strings are parametrized in the whole system.
I am still far from understand how this impressive environment work, but keep trying :-)
We do have an existing spanish translation but I'm pretty sure it's not up to date though.
