Thanks for the hint. It showed up, that the loading of some css took up 
to 30 seconds. Don't know, what lead to it, but disabling some addons in 
firefox, that may have influence on css seems to solve the problem a 
bit. Now it takes between 1 and 2 seconds, what is fairly good enough.

Can you tell us what extension(s) caused this?

I encountered the encoding problem by maself (trying to type german...) and solved it. But still there are problems with activated addons. I now will test them one by one ;) And tell as soon as possible .
The 30 seconds indicate a wrong header here too. Strange
