Please read the information on that page. It explains why ObjectWeb is down.

Basically it says:

The ObjectWeb/OW2 platform will be stopped on Thursday October 18, 2007, at 4:00PM Paris time (UTC-time 14:00). Most of the objectweb.org and ow2.org sites will be disconnected (except the wikis which are hosted at another location).

IMPORTANT: In order to secure the code base and proceed to all necessary backups, it will not be possible to access the CVS/SVN repository as from 1:00PM Paris time (UTC-time 11:00) Thursday Oct. 18. This will allow us to save the full CVS/SVN content.

Assuming we are successful, service should be restored by 12:00 Midnight Thu-Fri Paris time (UTC-time 22:00). We expect to recover stability around 7:00AM Paris time (UTC-time 05:00) on Friday, Oct. 19, otherwise we may need to restore from backups - which could take the entire day.

I've updated the http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/preview/Main/Download page with information on how to get XWiki from our Maven repository.
