Is it possible to try without the footer, right panels and clicked
links colored so that they are the same colors for all subwikis?

What clicked links? Those are links that don't exists. Anyway - there is
only a link color, it doesn't matter the position of the links, if it's in a
panel or in the footer, etc. or the status of the link (clicked, active,
hover)

could you give some feedback on the Proposal 7, please ? ;;) I think they
