The xwiki10 skin (the one you like) was developed last summer, and we're trying to maintain it up-to date as we change the API. Probably there's something we forgot to upgrade in that skin (as we're mainly developing the wrongly named xwiki10b1 skin), and it shouldn't be too hard to fix.

As for other skins, the trunk contains only 3, but you can find other skins on the wiki farm (needle-haystack problem).
