Please follow the instructions on http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Code/XEclipseExtension on getting started with XEclipse plugin.

Connection url should be something like,

http://<host>/xwiki/xmlrpc/confluence

But the problem is, off-line mode is not implemented in XEclipse yet. Please wait for the next release (most probably on 10th september or close) for this feature to be available.

If you want an username and password you need first to create an account. You can do so easily by clicking on "register" on the top right of the screen on XWiki.org and then follow the steps.
