I was on two different computers even, and I wouldn't say "it worked" after that, as I got that error while no one was editing the document which was really bizarre.  I have seen the log4j file, which logs should I turn on to see what is going on?  Here are the logs from the default log config settings.....

Hi,

Have you seen any errors in the log  when clicking for one of the edits.
The fact that it worked again after that is weird. Are you sure you were
on 2 different browsers with 2 different users ?
