The admin user should actually have all four buttons (Edit/Show/Print/Delete) for all normal pages (including users).
Are you even getting the "Edit" button?  If not, there may be a problem with your admin user rights.

If I click on a user, I see the user information but no "Delete" option. I am logged in as Admin

I am trying to delete some test users I have created. I know that the only way to do this is to delete the XWiki.<username> page. I can't seen to locate these pages, where are they ?
