Just an observation: if there were more documentation, code tutorials i.e. customising the skins, writing macros, writing objects and using them, embedding groovy and velocity code, explaination of snippets of code and how they work, etc then a lot more people would start writing and contributing stuff and it would snowball - so what I'm saying is that a little more work in this area would reap great rewards. Unfortunately I don't know enough of how XWiki works to do this otherwise I'd contribute.
