it seems the Short URL instruction doesn't work for XWS. I tried all context/app path, action and servlet mapping and all of them do not seem to work on XWS.

The first thing I try is the application name / context path. I made it the root application and changed the displayname accordingly. And I've cleared all cache and restarted already. Looks like the displayname parameter doesn't take effect. The following are the html code the site generates:
