Thanks a lot Brandon, I managed to log in
as super admin after editing the xwiki.cfg file.

Subject: RE: [xwiki-users] access
rights problem
Depending on what page (looks like
webhome/main); there is an easy solution.
How the xwiki permissions work is by
exclusion (hope that term is correct). IE, you've told it that
XWiki.XWikiGuest is allowed to view the page - xwiki assumes you thus mean that
all others are to be denied. This is not unusual, if you've ever worked
with network apps it becomes easier to use (MUCH easier than specifically
grant/deny).
To fix this, all you need to do is remove
the permission (click on "XWiki Access Rights" link to get back
there); you do this by clicking the "remove this right entry" once
you've selected the entry. You most likely need to be logged in as admin
to do this. If admin is also causing a problem, you'll need to use the
superadmin configuration (details on the xwiki.com if I recall correctly)
A tip:
When I setup permissions, I always use
groups. That way it's easier to relate functions to groups. In your
case, I assume your aim was to allow guests to view the page - and you had the
right process in mind. Simply add XWiki.XWikiAllGroup to the Groups
entry, or any other group you need to view the page, and add the guest user
afterwards.
Hmm, hope that makes sense..

Subject: [xwiki-users] access
rights problem
I was trying to learn how the access rights work on my xwiki
site and I seem to have completely messed up something. While logged in as
“admin”,under “more actions” I went to the “Xwiki
access Rights page” and while there I set the “user”
Xwiki.XwikiGuest access levels to “view”. After I saved.
Immediately after this I seemed to have locked everyuser from all other rights
including the admin. My site is showing looks like this (below); Everything is
gone! Please advise how I can undo the changes. Thanks
Hello $docuser.display("first_name",
"view", $objuser)
