Here what I've done.
1. Environment: Firefox 2.0.0.12 on Mac OS X 10.5.2 Intel.
2. #posttd is in BBCode.Skin.
I've cleared the cache, restarted the browser and accessed a Bulletin Board.
Same result...

But the correct min-width: 100px only works if I edit any of the values in
#posttd in Firebug. For instance...
