There is nothing like that in the standard LDAP authenticator. The contrib extension at http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/LDAP+Tools#HLDAPsynchro... seems to be providing this feature but it's quite old and I can't really tell you if it's working well or not.
