I agree it could be useful. I don’t remember having seen any such extension though. Since we wish to participate to this year’s GSOC, I’ve added a Glossary App idea at http://dev.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/GoogleSummerOfCode/GlossaryApplication for you ;) Would be great if you could comment on that page about what you’d like to see in such an app!
