Thanks for your answers, I added the panel as Anca explained. It appears on some of the spaces. But it doesn't appears on others. The spaces where the panel doesn't appears where changed previously. That is what you mean when you told that spaces can override information Vincent ? Is there something else I can do to add the panel to all the spaces? When you set panels in the admin for the whole wiki they're available in all spaces. However spaces can override that information.

Go to the WebPreferences page of the said space. Edit using the object editor and edit the XWikiPreferences object, look for "Right Panels" or "Left Panels" fields and ensure they are empty.
