You can find some other authenticators on http://svn.xwiki.org/svnroot/xwiki/contrib/sandbox/authenticators/ You might be interested in the NTLM+LDAP one and even reuse it by changing the NTLM part into JASIG CAS (which is really don't know so maybe it does not actually make sense).
