See http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Box+Macro (I’ve updated a bit the cssClass parameter's description). Let me know if it’s enough. Providing custom CSS is done through a skin extension or through a custom skin. Thanks -Vincent
