I'm not sure which file you're looking for.

It is, if you intend to use hsql as the database... For mysql, you can download http://maven.xwiki.org/releases/com/xpn/xwiki/platform/xwiki-web-standard/1.... For other databases, you will have to manually build from the sources, or manually add the missing jars and change the configuration.

Definitely. Go ahead Sergiu if you want. I had that commented out last time OW was down but the URLs need to change and there are more downloads now. I think the best might be to have an index.html file in maven.xwiki.org explaining the structure of the repository. -Vincent
