Hi xRichard, depending on which XWiki version you're using, the option might not be available at all or might not be available for the type of user you're using. The issue adding the UI to mark documents as hidden in the document information panel is http://jira.xwiki.org/browse/XWIKI-7568 (with fix version 4.0-rc-1) and the related issue about making this UI visible to all users is http://jira.xwiki.org/browse/XWIKI-7935 (fixed in 4.2-milestone-3).
