Only the jQuery UI declaration fix is backported, not the jQuery 4.0.0 and jQuery Migrate 4.0.2 upgrades from that commit. * Declare the paths in the skin's static RequireJS configuration, where the skin's own JavaScript can rely on them, and remove the now duplicate declarations from the panels XAR and from dataeditors.js. * Declare jquery-ui-touch-punch with jquery-ui as its shim dependency and map 'jquery-ui' to 'jquery-ui-touch-punch' for all modules, so requiring jQuery UI automatically loads the touch punch plugin, and remove the now redundant explicit jquery-ui-touch-punch dependencies. Reuse AttachmentsManager#removeExistingRedirection, already used elsewhere in the same class, instead of introducing a new way to remove the object. Only do so when autoRedirect is true, i.e. when the job actually added a redirection to remove; otherwise this could remove an unrelated, pre-existing redirection for that attachment name. Fix the assertion in MoveAttachmentJobTest#processTargetSaveFail that expected the redirection to still be present after the rollback, and add a test for a failed move with auto-redirect disabled, asserting that nothing is removed in that case. With a simple text paragraph before it, we can simply type in that paragraph.
