Both leave the build failing with the ignore apparently in place. * `okf/servers/index.md` — an attachment `PUT` over XWiki REST needs an explicit `Content-Type: application/octet-stream`, next to the other REST write mechanics. No new sections and no index change: both are facts added to the topic that already owns them, and `xwiki-legacy` already routes to the `backward-compatibility` topic for its ignore step. So such an issue owes no release-note entry, takes `N/A` in `Documentation in Release Notes`, and owes nothing at all until the version is released. `okf/processes/release-notes.md` gains the section and a `verify:` that reads a version's notes back; `okf/servers/jira.md` and `okf/index.md` route to it; the `xwiki-release-documentation` skill's Scope section says it instead of leaving contrib merely "out of scope". * Both documentation fields are capped at 255 characters (`okf/servers/jira.md`) — three documentation URLs do not fit one field. * The Release Notes Application's REST resources carry `GET` and `POST` only *in 2.7*; `GET` and `PUT` on one release note and on one change were added after it, and a `PUT` replaces rather than merges. Corrected in the endpoint list and where the skill's §6.2 sets `screenshots`. The templates apply to creation only. * The product and the version are not replaced by either: they locate the page, so changing them would be a move rather than an update. * Add `ChangeManager#updateChange` and `ReleaseNoteManager#updateReleaseNote`, both answering what is stored once replaced, and expose them on the script service. * Add `ReleaseNotesNotFoundException`, thrown when a page holds no change or no release note and mapped to a `404`, which is what the two `GET`s and the two `PUT`s answer with. * Modify a copy of the page rather than the instance the store cached, since these are the first writes of the application to a page that already exists. * Ignore the two `java.method.addedToInterface` differences in Revapi: both roles are `@Unstable` and this repository holds their only implementations. * `ReleaseNotesRestIT` walks the flow the issue is about, from creating a change through attaching its image to naming it, and the `-api` JaCoCo ratio moves to 0.95 for the two store-failure blocks the test store cannot reach.
