Add S4973 to the denylist as a real-bug rule. Move S3824 out of the denylist, since it is fixable under stated conditions. * simplification-rules: add S1871 (merge duplicate branches, with the complexity discriminator), S2589 (which redundant expressions are noise and which are deliberate), S3358 (guard-clause extraction; the this(...) and statement-count drops), S3457 (the toString() shape is clean, the %n shape is a behaviour change) and S3824 (single-put only; the ConcurrentHashMap bin-lock drop).
