Since XWiki 12.2 a remote Solr uses several cores (search, events, ratings, extension index) and the old property only configured the search core, breaking the others. * Rewrite contrib/solr/solr-init.sh to create the four required cores from the two current XWiki Solr configuration ZIPs (server-core-search + server-core-minimal); the old single-core server-data JAR was discontinued after 9.x. * Add contrib/solr/Dockerfile since the official Solr image lacks "unzip" (needed by solr-init.sh) and the "analysis-extras" module (the search core schema uses language analyzers such as the Polish stemmer). * Update the README external-Solr section accordingly. * Replace the INDEX_HOST/INDEX_PORT variables with a single SOLR_BASE_URL holding the full Solr base URL, so it can carry the scheme (e.g. https), a custom path and the port. The old variables could only build an http://host:port/solr URL and had been broken since the multi-core Solr change, so they are removed rather than kept as a deprecated fallback.
