That catch block could not have logged anything anyway: the logger is injected after construction, so a DOMImplementationRegistry failure raised a NullPointerException instead of a warning. The DOM implementation lookup now happens in initialize(), which runs once the logger is available, and a new test makes the lookup fail and asserts the warning. The module is at 100% instruction coverage, and the ratio is raised accordingly.
