The Plexus container also exposes the webjar handler under the "default" hint, and the per-session copy of the handlers could let that alias win for the webjar packaging, so a webjar dependency was resolved with the jar extension type (RuntimeAetherDefaultRepositoryManagerTest#downloadWebjarDependency failing in xwiki-platform since the upgrade to Maven Resolver 2). * Add MavenArtifactHandlersTest and raise the module coverage threshold to 0.80.
