Author: Marius Dumitru Florea <[email protected]> Date: 2026-10-13 (Tue, 13 Oct 2026) Changed paths: R xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-legacy/xwiki-platform-legacy-oldcore/src/main/aspect/com/xpn/xwiki/objects/classes/GroupsClassCompatibilityAspect.aj M xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-legacy/xwiki-platform-legacy-oldcore/src/main/aspect/com/xpn/xwiki/objects/classes/ListClassCompatibiityAspect.aj R xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-legacy/xwiki-platform-legacy-oldcore/src/main/aspect/com/xpn/xwiki/objects/classes/UsersClassCompatibilityAspect.aj Log Message: ----------- [Misc] Fix the order-dependent xwiki-platform-legacy-oldcore AspectJ compilation (#6822) * Move the deprecated UsersClass and GroupsClass isUsesList/setUsesList inter-type declarations to ListClassCompatibiityAspect and remove the dedicated UsersClassCompatibilityAspect and GroupsClassCompatibilityAspect. * The aspectj-maven-plugin passes the source files to ajc in the (unsorted, file system specific) directory listing order. When UsersClassCompatibilityAspect was compiled before PropertyClassCompatibiityAspect, ajc checked UsersClass before the PropertyClass#displaySearch inter-type implementation it inherits was registered and failed with "must implement abstract inter-type declaration: void PropertyClassInterface.displaySearch(...)". This happened locally on some machines while CI was green.
