Record declaring the old id with {{id name="…"/}} before the heading, as the guide's "Handle the Original Documentation Pages" page requires, and add that page to sources. * Correct the id-generation rule in the same bullet: whitespace is dropped, letters, digits and ":_.-" are kept and every other character becomes its hex code, so "only alphanumerics kept" was wrong (dots survive, a double quote becomes 22). * Drop the duplicate {{id}} syntax from documentation-migration.md, which now points at documentation.md for the mechanics. * Repoint three source URLs that 404 since the guide was restructured: CreateLandingPages -> LandingPages, DocumentationNavigationTree -> DocumentationNavigationPanel and DocumentationStyle/PageTitlesNames -> PageTitlesNames. * Fold "pin a node in full or not at all" into the rules the guide states: it is no longer only a practice, the Documentation Navigation Panel page now says it.
