This covers the attachment-based skin resource override, which had no test so far. * Add @Order to the tests of the class so that their execution order is deterministic. * Fix the backport of the test to this branch: TestUtils#getPath() only exists since 18.3.0RC1, so compute the skin resource path from TestUtils#getURL() instead.
