Terminal pages are not queried, and a query failure is logged as a warning. * Add unit tests for the threshold, a blank Highlights field, a filled one, terminal pages, pages without a DocumentationClass object and query failures. * Add a DocumentationIT step proving the query against a real database: a page with 15 child documentation pages and a non-documentation child gets no recommendation, and gets it once a 16th child documentation page is added. * Raise the coverage threshold of documentation-xwikiorg-api to 0.99.
