Author: Vincent Massol <[email protected]> Date: 2026-09-23 (Wed, 23 Sep 2026) Changed paths: M xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-test/xwiki-platform-test-ui/src/main/java/org/xwiki/test/ui/po/SuggestInputElement.java Log Message: ----------- XWIKI-24821: SolrSearchIT.searchExclusions is flickering (#6480) * Hide the suggestions in SuggestInputElement#hideSuggestions() by removing the focus from the text input rather than by pressing Escape. The widget opens the suggestions again on its own whenever a suggestion request completes while the input still has the focus, so Escape left the panel free to re-appear right after it was closed: either while the test was still waiting for it to go away, or once the test had moved on and the panel then covered the button it wanted to click. An unfocused widget closes the panel and ignores the responses that come back afterwards. * Wait through isDropDownOpened() in waitForSuggestionsClearance(), so that both methods read the state of the panel the same way.
